The walk up is quite easy, though I wouldn’t recommend wheel chair use as some others have mentioned without assessing the path first, as it can get quite steep! We even had some snow which made the path a little bit slippery. Definitely a must visit!

It is indeed a nice lookout. An easy walk to the lookout. The stroll in was actually very pretty. Peyto lake is beautiful. The colour so bright. There was another walk that we were recommended to go to but would take more time which we didn’t have. Overall a worthy stop.

The trail to this point is easy and approximately 700 meters from the parking lot. Washrooms are available and parking is free. We also saw a deer while going on this trail. The main point where you see this beautiful view of Peyto Lake is busy but you get time to take some beautiful shots and enjoy the beautiful view. We found this lake as one of the most beautiful and perfect turquoise colours adds to its beauty . One must go to Peyto Lake while on a trip to Banff and Jasper.
